It helps to include whether you use a Mac or Windows and which version, the browser you use, and what you expected What Dinged to show.

Moving your license to a new computer

One license works on up to 3 of your own computers, Mac or Windows in any mix. To move it, open the customer portal (your order email links to it too), find your What Dinged license key, remove the old computer from its activations, then enter the key on the new computer. This works across Mac and Windows. If you can't get into the portal, write to us with your purchase email and we'll help.

Updates after your first year

Your purchase includes a year of updates, and the app keeps working on the versions you have after that. If you want newer versions, you can renew updates for $4.99, which adds another year and never renews automatically. For now, email support@anqasystems.com to renew.

Leave a review

Reviews in the stores help other people decide whether What Dinged is right for them. If you have a minute, leave one. Each link opens the What Dinged listing, and reviews are on that page.

The Mac app isn't sold through an app store, so on a Mac the browser extension listings are the place to leave a review.
