Refunds and terms of sale

Refunds: within 30 days, no questions asked. If What Dinged isn't right for you, email support@anqasystems.com with your order number or purchase email within 30 days of buying, and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. A refunded license key stops working.

Price. What Dinged costs $9.99 (US dollars), paid once, and includes one year of updates. An optional update renewal costs $4.99 and adds another year of updates. Neither is a subscription, and nothing renews automatically. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Who you're buying from. Our order process is run by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh), which is the merchant of record for all orders. Polar handles payment, sales tax, receipts and billing questions; its buyer terms apply to the purchase. The software license itself is between you and Sean Bjers, doing business as ANQA Systems, under our License Agreement.

What you get. A license key that unlocks What Dinged on up to 3 of your own computers, with every update released in the following 12 months. After that, the app keeps working on the versions you have; renew for $4.99 any time you want newer ones. The 30-day refund applies to renewals too. Right after purchase, Polar sends an order email with an "Access purchase" link, and your license key is shown on that page.
