Anqa Systems is based in Bristol, Connecticut. This page says what gets collected, where it sits, and who can see it.
Your account, and your data
Every client owns their own platform account. The calls, recordings, transcripts and calendar entries belonging to a business sit in that business's own account, on that business's card, in that business's name. We build that account and we maintain it. We do not keep a separate pool of client call data of our own, and we do not sell, rent or share any of it.
If you called a business that uses an Anqa agent
What is collected during that call:
- Your phone number, and the time and length of the call.
- The audio recording and a written transcript.
- What you told the agent: your name, your address, what the problem is, when you want someone to come out.
Where it goes: the business you called, by email, and its calendar if an appointment was booked. It is kept for a limited period agreed with the business and then deleted. See the recording notice for how recording is disclosed and how to have a call deleted.
The agent does not ask for payment card numbers, bank details or government identification numbers, and it is built to refuse them if offered.
If you visit this website
The site counts visits in aggregate without cookies and collects no personal data. There is no advertising pixel, no chat widget and no cookie set by this site. The pages are static files. The company hosting them keeps ordinary server logs, which include the address of the computer that asked for the page.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google sees that request.
If you call or email us
We keep what you send. Your name, your number, your email, and notes about your business, so we can quote the work and then do it. We use it to talk to you about this service and nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Who we share it with
The vendors that make the service run, and no one else. Calls are handled by Retell AI, appointments by Cal.com, and email delivery by the provider connected to your own account. Each of those companies has its own terms and its own privacy policy. We also give information out when a law or a court requires it.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
